He got me again!

Unbelievable!  Inconceivable!  That little shit got me again.  He got me through a heavy duty "rodent handling glove", the latex glove, and the heavy duty bandage covering the original torn flesh.  Now it looks like a sort of sad face of torn flesh.  I can't get rid of him, having spent too much time on training him (8 months of training) and I only have three rats.  The attack rat specialist is coming to the lab tomorrow to help figure out how to deal with this flesh-eating rodent.

Occupational Hazard

One of my rats has developed a taste for human blood.  This is the second time he has gotten me and the third time he has sent someone to the occupational injury clinic.  Since I have the pleasure of being allergic to rats, my hand was pretty swollen.  I have worked with a lot of rats and never had one that is so aggressive with what seems like a taste for human flesh.  Still prefer rats to humans though.

We found this in the front yard this morning.  What the fuck?  Clever and subtle hint that one of our neighbor's wants us to "sleep with the fishes"?

Not so Greatest Compliment Ever

So...it turns out the student whose mind I blew with my lecture on correlation and causation is an Oxycontin addict.  I think maybe the bar was pretty low.  He tried to get extra time to complete past due work because of this addiction.
