Project Basement
Tito and I are finally cleaning out our basement...for reals. We have previously re-arranged a lot of shit in anticipation of having a yard sale but it has been 6 years since we moved into our house and I think there are STILL boxes down there that are unopened since leaving Michigan. So...we are purging. Getting rid of it all...the dump, the recycling center, a domestic violence shelter, my work, a homeless shelter, and Goodwill will be the beneficiaries. I didn't think to snap a picture when we started but here is the project during Phase 1. I was so amazed how little had changed after the first weekend we spent down there that I decided to start documenting our progress. Phase 1 is getting rid of everything we don't want to keep so as to move onto Phase 2, which is going through everything we decided to keep and getting rid of more so as to have enough room left for what we keep. Stay tuned!
